Hello, my name is Elmira Arthur, and I’m honored to walk with you on your path toward soul-deep healing and transformation.
For years, I lived what many would call a successful life. I worked in international business, advised senior leaders, managed complex systems, and earned the trust of those at the top. There was momentum, recognition, and progress. But behind it all, I carried something that never moved. A heaviness no achievement could reach. A quiet grief that didn’t stem only from depression or early trauma—but from something deeper. A disconnection I couldn’t name, but felt every day.
I spent years searching. Traditional therapy, analysis, self-help, spiritual study. Each offered pieces. But none touched the center.
It wasn’t until I experienced regression therapy—a single, focused session—that something shifted. Not just intellectually, but in a way that felt cellular. I came into contact with a part of myself I had forgotten but never lost. My Higher Self. The part of me that had always held the clarity I’d been chasing.
That moment didn’t give me all the answers. But it gave me direction. And that changed everything.
The Birth of Flumen Fia
Where subconscious integration meets spiritual clarity.
Flumen Fia emerged from the space where personal healing met a deeper recognition: we’re not taught how to truly resolve what lives beneath the surface.
For years, I witnessed how the world encourages us to manage symptoms, adapt, cope, move on. But it rarely asks us to listen—to what’s unresolved, inherited, or quietly shaping our choices from within.
As mental health awareness grew, I saw what was still missing: the tools to access the subconscious, to clear mental clutter, limiting beliefs, ancestral patterns and balance energies to integrate the parts of us we’ve long been disconnected from.
Flumen Fia was created to offer that space. A place where emotional complexity is not pathologized—and where the deeper layers of the soul’s experience are met with clarity, structure, and respect.
This isn’t about escaping pain. It’s about understanding where it began—and what it takes to shift the narrative and return to yourself through it.
What We Do at Flumen Fia
At Flumen Fia, healing is approached as a layered and structured process—one that works across emotional, spiritual, and subconscious levels.
Using Regression‑Progressive Therapy, Mini Mastery Sessions, and spiritually guided techniques, we support you in:
-
Reconnecting with your Higher Self—the source of clarity, direction, and internal truth
-
Clearing inherited and ancestral trauma that shapes your current patterns
-
Releasing emotional blocks, outdated subconscious programs, and fragmentation at the soul level
-
Restoring the Maternal Soul—the energetic current behind intuition, nurturance, creative power, and inner stability
-
Engaging with the Celestial Hierarchy, including Spiritual Guides, Angels of Dominion, and Archangels, as part of your healing structure
-
Realigning your energy across the 7 Existential Planes of the Body for deep and lasting integration
We work with people facing: trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, phobias, financial instability, chronic grief, isolation, relationship conflict, emotional despondency, and spiritual uncertainty.
This is not short-term relief. It’s not coping. It’s not a performance. It’s repair—at the level where disruption began. And it’s a return to the self that has always known how to live in alignment.
My Mission
I want to make this kind of healing clear, grounded, and within reach. You don’t have to pick between modern methods or ancient wisdom. You don’t have to stay stuck in old emotional patterns. And you don’t have to do this alone.
There’s a lot of misunderstanding about Regression‑Progressive Therapy and subconscious healing. Some see it as strange or unproven. Many think it’s just about diving into past lives without structure. That’s not the case.
The important work begins with clearing the mental and emotional weight you carry now. Without that, deeper subconscious work can confuse or stall you. Traditional regression therapy often misses this step.
Regression‑Progressive Therapy isn’t hypnosis. It helps find and shift the root of your trauma. You stay present and in control. There’s no need for deep trance.
I’m here to guide you—not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve been through the dark and found a way back.
If you’re ready to stop running in circles and start addressing the real source of your pain, this is the place.
With love and truth,
Elmira Arthur,
