Flumen Fia offers transformational healing services rooted in Regression–Progressive Therapy, emotional guidance, and spiritual practices. All services, content, and resources are provided for educational and spiritual support purposes only. They are not intended to replace licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Payments and Bookings

All session bookings are made through our designated platform. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason in alignment with our values of mutual respect and energetic integrity.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee. No refunds are provided for missed sessions without prior cancellation notice (minimum 24 hours).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flumen Fia website—including text, images, videos, meditations, session frameworks, and spiritual teachings—is the intellectual property of Flumen Fia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

By engaging with Flumen Fia, you acknowledge that healing experiences vary and that no results are guaranteed. While our services are deeply transformational for many, each individual’s process is unique.

Our practitioners are not licensed medical doctors or psychologists. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Flumen Fia operates in accordance with California Senate Bill 577, which allows alternative healing practitioners to offer services outside of state licensing boards provided we disclose that we are not licensed health professionals.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use this site for lawful, respectful purposes only.

• Refrain from attempting to hack, damage, or misuse the website or service scheduling tools.

• Not use Flumen Fia's content for unauthorized commercial use or misrepresentation.

Our site may include links to third-party websites, tools, or practitioners. These are offered as additional resources. Flumen Fia is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or effectiveness and disclaims all liability for third-party interactions.

appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, follow-up support, and customer care. 

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. 
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.

excluding aggregators and service providers who facilitate the messaging service.

Flumen Fia, its owners, partners, agents, and facilitators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to emotional, physical, financial, or spiritual outcomes.
